Customs / import fees

For goods delivery abroad there can be customs and import fees in the destination country. These fees are always the responsibility of the recipient. For further information please contact your local customs office.

Post Box / Pack Station

Deliveries to post office boxes and packing stations are not possible. This applies to national and international deliveries.

Return Shipment

Return shipments marked "undeliverable" or we will not process ?refused? again. In such cases we will refund you the invoice amount to the account known to us.

Shipping packaging

Watchband24 use exclusively licensed and environmentally friendly transport and packaging materials for the shipping of its products. These are exemplary with the symbol of a disposal system such as Dual System Deutschland GmbH "Green Dot" and therefore safe to recycle. In the interest of the environment please properly dispose of the packaging. For further information, please also contact your local collection centre.
